  • Verifying the products on SABER system either regulated or not and to know under which technical regulation “based on HS codes”.

  • Register the product on SABER “SASO portal”

  • Adding all product information, including HS codes (12 digits), product model, trademark, country of origin and manufacturer details, etc.

  • Choosing the CB to work with and certify the product in SABER.

  • Placing the request on SABER.

    • Accepting the request on SABER by CB after clarifying the HS Code

    • Paying SADAD by the applicant

    • Reviewing and decision by CB

    • Issuing the PCOC

    • Requesting shipment request SCOC

    • CB Approval

    • SCOC SADAD Payment by applicant

    • Import the product.
